AyurvedaMD has been established to promote education, training and research for integrating Ayurveda with western health care. 

Learn and experience Ayurvedic perspectives on health and wellness through our Ayurveda and Health Certification programs offered throughout the U.S. beginning Spring 2008.

Our distinguished faculty includes Drs. Vasant Lad, MASc, Robert Svoboda, BAMS, John Douillard, DC, Dr. Claudia Welch, Baxter Bell, MD, and Frank Ninnivaggi, MD. 

Education:  Our educational programs are designed for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Psychologists, Physician Assistants, Social Workers and other health care professionals.
We offer comprehensive overviews of Ayurveda's understanding of life, health, and longevity. In addition we examine practical clinical application of Ayurveda's principles in Western health care practice and treatment approaches.

Training: AyurvedaMD offers in-house training programs and consultation services to assist facilities in designing and implementing Ayurveda treatment and research programs. Services are available to hospitals, medical schools, community-based health centers, government agencies and professional health care organizations.
Research:  AyurvedaMD is developing the Ayurveda Research Institute, a network of researchers, academic centers, hospitals, community-based health centers, and health care providers to establish research methodology and a data collection infrastructure.
